Move to the right edge immediately upon starting. 

There's no need to waste time with the sensitive guards here, as it takes considerable time to make them all lower their guard. By choosing nighttime and moving to the far right edge, you can avoid the guards' surveillance.

Right after leaving the field, immediately move to the stone wall on the left. 

Moving while crouched will prevent you from being detected by the guards. When their surveillance indicator is white, if it fills up more than halfway, stop and wait for a moment.

The next course isn't difficult. There are two guards - one is in a fixed position looking the other way, so you can ignore him. Since one guard is looking around in all directions, you can pass through very quickly by simply avoiding his line of sight.

The guard marked with the red circle continuously moves and surveys all directions. You just need to avoid his line of sight and pass behind the stationary guard.

Don't stop in the middle - pass through in one go.

As you continue forward, you'll see guards standing watch beyond the wall on the left.

The guards ahead are facing the opposite direction, but they are sensitive to sound.

Stop once in the middle and rest until their white bars decrease.
Make sure to move while crouched!

Since there are no guards above the ladder, quickly move to the ladder.

As you continue forward, there will be a group of guards beyond the stone wall, but you don't need to worry too much about them.

If they're too close to your path, you can throw a stone near them to distract their attention before moving, but usually they're not that threatening.

You have to throw a stone far behind that target. That's because there are guards at the building entrance and inside the building, one each. First, we need to draw the guard at the building entrance away.

When the guard at the entrance moves toward where the stone fell, you should come out of the bushes and throw a stone inside the building. Since there's also a patrolling guard inside the building, you need to confirm his line of sight and position.

While moving into the building, you need to get to the front of the barrel pile before the guard who was around the target returns to his position and spots you. 

Since the guard inside the building can see you from this location, it's very important to identify the indoor guard's line of sight and position.

Do you see the guard marked with a yellow gauge? He's very sensitive, so you need to be careful. That's why we throw the stone first before entering. 

If he's looking toward the entrance, which is the direction we're coming from, you need to quickly turn back and go to the bushes or hide. However, this isn't easy because the guard who was outside the entrance is also walking toward the entrance.

Avoid his line of sight, move to the dark space by the right wall, and wait briefly. When he has his back to you, you can move toward the entrance to go up to the second floor.

Go up the stairs and you'll find the NPC you need to rescue.

The NPC won't follow you. After you select the dialogue options, you need to deal with the guard on the balcony side and then escape.

There's a guard standing on the balcony. If you attack from behind (especially the head) with a dagger, the assassination effect will trigger and you can kill him in one strike.
Deal with him swiftly.

After dealing with him, go in the direction he was facing and you'll see a small garden where you can climb down.

Continue moving straight ahead, and at the end of the garden you can press F to escape.

 

Once you receive the quest reward, the quest will be completed.
